XSPC Started off producing Water-Cooling gear towards the end of 2004 with there first big release the XSPC R120-S, R120-D and R120-T Radiators: http://www.xs-pc.co.uk/radiators.php Since then they have extended there range of Radiators in early 2005 by adding there Cross Flow and Vertical Flow into the market.Then added December 2004 - XSPC High Flex 1/2" Hose to rival the likes of Tygon and Clearflex and done a good job too.

March 2005 - Brought us the Full XSPC Range of Character displays which included 16x2 and 20x4 in a variety of colours, the low cost price of this LCD range shuck the market and forced other rivals to bring down there prices. http://www.xs-pc.co.uk/lcds2.php

April 2005 - Standard version of the XSPC X2O CPU Water-Block intoduced (10/8mm and 1/2") & DC750/DC1000 Water-Pumps Arrived http://www.xs-pc.co.uk/x2ocpu.php

May 2005 - brought us the 250mm Passive Reservoirs in Black originally but have currently extended there range to 150mm - 250mm and 500mm Passive Reservoirs in 4 primary colours Black, Blue, Red & Silver http://www.xs-pc.co.uk/reservoirs.php

June 2005 - we seen the 5.25" Bay mounts & Desk stands to support there Character LCD Range August 2005 - was the introduction of the XSPC X2O Water-Cooling kit which also produced massive results on a low budget price range. Following the success of the XSPC X2O Water-Cooling kit, XSPC started to sell the components from this kit individually for instance the Pump and combined Reservoir and first introduced the Cross Flow radiators.

Bottom line: XSPC Have started off fairly slow but never stopped adding products to there range, keeping there customers & Fans guessing what will be next on the agenda

Today in Co operation with XSPC and  WaterCooling UK (who kindly supplied the Block for today’s review) we take a look at XSPC’s reworked CPU block, we already had a look at the original and although it worked well it still did not compare to some of the more recent blocks we have been using. The new product is of the same name but XSPC have added the Xtreme on to the name, Also on another note this block is also available to purchase with 10/8 and ½ connectors. They have also reworked the copper layout inside as well as repositioned the in and outlet holes, on first glance though if it was not for the repositioning of the in and outlet you would not spot the difference.

I am going to really test this new incarnation by comparing it to the Danger Den TDX block to give you some idea of how it performs next to one of the most respected blocks on the market.
