I have reviewed some Saitek products in the past and all where of a high quality in both packaging and the product itself so I was expecting the same from the game command unit. I was a little disappointed with the packaging not because it is bad, but because I know Saitek can and have done better in the past, the colour scheme is bland and the only saving grace is the gamers command unit itself which I suppose Saitek where relying on.

The back of the package is also bland although they have some pictures and have listed some of the features and specifications; this has been done in 5 different languages (English, German, French, Italian and Spanish) so the back of the package is mainly text and is lacking any design feature or styling. This is a shame and one I would like to see Saitek improve upon, but let us remember it is only a package.
