Saitek where founded in 1979 and started making chess computers all the way up to 1993 that’s  when they entered the PC gaming market producing control pads and the like.  Since then they have grown and become a major brand in the computer peripherals department making not only making controllers, flight sticks, steering wheels but also mice and keyboards, a range of wireless and portable products, and a new audio department that looks promising. Of course they still make chess computers, so now you know a little of there background move onto the review.

Today we take a look at the Saitek Pro Gamer command unit, which promised a solution for all sorts of games from RPG to FPS the command unit covers them all. The big question is though will a seasoned gamer like me benefit from using this or will it just be another gimmick for the cupboard, lets find out shall we.
