Today I am going to be testing Trustís latest Digital camera offering, The 1490Z PowerC@M with optical zoom. For those of you that donít know trust (I doubt that is many) they have been producing accessories at an affordable price for ages. Without compromising quality, with that said letís open the box
Upon opening the box You are immediately greeted by the instructions and install cd, lifting these out of the way and you will spot the camera straight away as well as the free first set of batteries. Let me take all the kit out of the box and show you what we have.
in the box is 1xvideo and sound to TV lead(for watching recorded videos or viewing pictures on TV) 1xCamera, 1xCase and Strap,1xUSB cable, 1xDriver and software cd, 1x instructions, a 16mb SD card and one set of batteries. The case has been made well and is padded with foam, the inside has a like velvet feel to it, this will prevent the Camera from getting scratched. Letís move onto the camera shall we
As you can see the camera has a nice simple design and looks good, the first thing I did notice about this camera was the weight, it had a nice sturdy feel to it my overall opinion was already good. The lens cover was secure but would pop off should you accidentally turn the camera on why the cover is still on, you may also notice the top of the camera has a dial on the top this is to go through the different modes (more on this later) Before I go on about the specs and the use ill show u some more pictures.
You can see from the bottom 2 photos the connection ports, there is MiniUSB, The port for the video to TV lead and an ac power port.
