Thermaltake has only been around for some 7 years or so having been formed in 1999 opening in Taiwan and USA simultaneously. In 2000 with the company's initial launch of Orb coolers, it created waves of shocks and appraisals throughout the gaming and overclocking communities. Thermaltake quickly became the name gamer’s turn to when they need high-end and reliable thermal solutions. Over the next few years the company went from strength to strength opening subsidiaries in Beijing, manufacturing plants in China and offices in France, Australia and Japan, all by 2003. 2004 saw some restructuring of the company due to its now multinational status and in 2005 saw the opening of Thermaltake Europe B.V. in the Netherlands to support the European market.

In 7 years Thermaltake has grown into a world-class company with state-of-the-art testing and R&D facility based in Taiwan along with 60+ engineers and ID team covering each application segment such as Liquid Cooling, Air Cooling, PC Enclosure and Power Supply for main-stream users, high-end solutions, system integrators and industrial applications.

Today I am going to be reviewing the Thermaltake Pure Power 600w ATX 12v 2.2 plus EPS. Some people seem to have issues with TT PSU’s but having owned them in the past and never had any problems with them I have high hopes for the PSU I am looking at today, lets see how it fairs in a real life situation.
