Quite a nice touch with the OCZ ModXStream Pro is the inclusion of a little bag to store all your unused modular cables.
The modular cables included with the PSU are listed in the specifications page, but here they are again, because I bet you didnít read them:
- 1 x 6-pin PCI-E
- 1 x 6+2-pin PCI-E
- 4 x Molex
- 2 x Floppy
- 6 x SATA
And the non modular connections on the PSU are:
- 20+4 pin ATX
- 8pin 12v AUX
- 4pin 12v AUX.
And now that Iíve bored you with cables, hereís the first shot of the PSU. If youíre trying to visualise the size of the PSU, then itís worth noting that itís a 140mm fan stuck in the middle.
The side of the PSU has the voltage railís Amp and Wattage ratings, and all other necessary warnings/certification logos.
The other side of the PSU has a logo sticker on it, itís a shame itís on the wrong side of the PSU for normal installation, as Iíd much rather look at this in the case than the wattage chart on the other side. Unless you are mounting it with the fan on the top, youíll never see this in your case.
The business end of the PSU has connectors for the modular cables, and rather thoughtfully a chart telling you what voltage and rail the modular connectors come from.
The back of the PSU is well ventilated honeycomb mesh, with a large on/off switch and a Ďkettle plugí connecter (interestingly) on its side.
