Full copper design should make for a decent cooler when coupled with heat pipe design, generally the heavier the heat sink the better and 114grams whilst not heavy compared to a cpu cooler would be, I expect, significantly heavier than a stock Northbridge cooler. It’s also good to see that thermal past is included as not everyone chooses to use a specific brand so you don’t need to buy any separately.
