The GTS450 comes safely packaged in between foam ends and a cardboard box (which contains the accessories).
Inside the box are; the GTS450, 4pin molex to 6pin PCI-E power adapter, DVI->VGA adapter, Installation CD, Manual and StartCraft demo serial. Even the installation CD casing keeps the cool iChill theme - it looks good for a CD cover!
And here we have the GTS450 - a "small" card, with a massive cooler. Hopefully this cooler will keep the GTS450 cool but also quiet.
Side on, we can see how little this card needs cooling - no heatsinks appear to be present other than the Freezer which is cooling the core (and keeping airflow running over the other components).
Whilst this card isn't particularly power-hungry, the cooler included features 4 heatpipes - this should definitely aid in keeping it cool.
The Inno3D GTS450 iChill has 2 x DVI outputs and 1x Mini HDMi outputs. You'll also notice the backplate has a nice graphite metallic paint, rather than the usual boring bare metal - this is a nice addition to a low-end card, and will ensure you're GPU doesn't look out of place if your case is black.
On the underside of the GTS450, we can see that there are 4 RAM chips on this side, and 4 on the top-side. Additionally the cooler slot is a "normal" size/shape one - so existing watercooling setups shouldn't need a new GPU block.
And a shot from the top - this card is actually quite pretty for a budget-end card - it's a shame that traditional motherboards and cases force us to install this card upside down! Now that we've looked at the GTS450, let's have a look at how it performs in our benchmarks.
