Whilst packaging in general is purely to get your product from point A to point B without damage there for of little consequence, I quite like the styling on this Cooler Master package, just the right information and some very attractive graphics.  It is certainly eye catching and more than sturdy enough to survive UPS and the Royal Mail’s best efforts to destroy it.

The same plain styling is on the sides of the packaging and again looks neat and attractive, although by this point you do get the impression that the guy arranging the text should have had his energy drink confiscated, More than 5 fonts in varying sized plus bold and italics, I was half expecting to open the box and find windings.

Hurrah, no windings!!

Some very nice graphics are on the inside of the flap depicting the mouse’s core features and functions and the typical viewing window to gaze at your mouse.

Once open the mouse if safely held in a plastic two part shell with accessories in the void underneath, none of the extras such as drives disc, manual or spare feet were secured in the box. Solving the “what’s rattling” mystery.
