As you can see ASUS have had a long successful career and I am sure the presentation of their products was a big contribution towards that, as for the N7800GT DUAL ASUS the first thing that hits you is the size of the box. Itís absolutely massive I think this has something to do with the fact that the N7800GT is hitting well over $500 retail so ASUS presume that we want a over sized box to struggle with. The actual design is nice but I donít think that ASUS will be winning any awards for their efforts, the box is just plain white card that has a sleeve to cover it, the sleeves design is of a CGI rendered "Barbarian" which is impressive graphically. But I think that ASUS could have been more creative as I see this type of package replicated time and again by other GFX manufacturers
The sleeve does have some nice features such as the flap which gives you a more in-depth look at the card and I am happy to say the package is mostly recyclable being made from card. But I find it hard to be impressed by ASUS efforts because of the simple fact that as I mentioned earlier they have been replicated in the past.
I would have liked to see ASUS think past advertising as most of these packages get either thrown or packed away, I think it is hide time that companies think about the practical use of their packaging as they can be reused if they are of reasonable quality and helpful (e.g. storage).
Overall I have nothing bad to say about the N7800GT DUAL package but neither do I have anything good as it is very unoriginal, lacks imagination and lets the N7800GT DUAL down because of these two problems.
