abit have chosen to stick with the big showy box design that I have seen the top end motherboards come in, this is not a bad thing as I believe it is necessary with the contents inside. The picture on the package is of a samurai, with the writing (insert here ), the marketing ploy is the way of the warrior, so lets get him armed up…
Now that is what I call a warriors weapon
(Sword used for image purposes only, and is not supplied with board :P sorry to disappoint).
Opening the top lid of the board reveals the board itself, as well as some info on it, there is also some details about the warrior and what he stands for and why they associate the board with the Bushido.
The lower section allows you to see the silent QTES system as well as the sound card and gfx slots, there is also a bit of wording to describe what is viewable through the windows on the package. This is great for the retail shelf as you will get a glimpse of what you are buying.
On the rear of the box we have a more in depth look at the technology the board is based around, and there is a lot of information on here. I think abit get the packaging spot on and the details and info included on the package are excellent. Before we open it up let us take a look at the features and specs.
