The pump consumes 10.8watt maximum, this is relatively small; to give context, the included fans run at 0.25amps X 12v which = 3watts, so effectively this pump uses just over 3 fans worth of power. In comparison to my GTX580 (or even a basic GPU which uses 30w), it is negligible.
If there is one minor gripe I have with these specifications, it’s that the included waterblock doesn’t come with fittings for the latest 1155 intel CPU’s (e.g. 2500K). However, this is a minimal complaint, and is probably resolvable – for all I know, they may already be adjusting the kit to include those fittings.
Anyway, let’s see how it looks in the flesh.
